Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information NeuroFight collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. NeuroFight is a training-load and cognitive-readiness app for combat sports athletes.
1. Summary
- Most training data stays on your device.
- When we generate your daily training plan and coach insights, selected data is sent to our server and to a third-party AI inference provider so we can return structured recommendations.
- We do not sell your personal data.
- You can delete local app data by removing the app (or clearing app storage). Account-based sync is not used in the current version.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide
- Fighter profile and preferences (for example combat sport, experience level, training frequency, main goal, load preference, recovery preferences, sleep target).
- Onboarding answers (for example why you use the app, primary concerns, training context selections).
- Training session logs (training type, rounds, intensity, head-impact level, optional notes, timestamps).
- Cognitive test results (reaction, alertness, focus-shift, and related timing scores).
2.2 Information created by the app
- Calculated session load and rolling brain-load metrics.
- Readiness estimates and related analytics derived from your logs and tests.
- A random device identifier used to rate-limit plan generation (not used to identify you in the real world).
- Cached AI training plan and insights responses stored on device.
2.3 Information we do not intentionally collect
- Precise GPS location
- Contacts, photos, or microphone audio
- Payment card details inside the app (purchases, when enabled, are handled by Apple)
3. How we use information
We use this information to:
- Show training analytics and cognitive baselines on your device.
- Generate personalized daily training plans and coach insights.
- Improve reliability (rate limits, error handling, abuse prevention).
- Comply with App Store and legal requirements.
4. AI processing
NeuroFight uses third-party AI inference to generate training plans and insights.
When a plan is requested (for example after you log a session, or when you tap regenerate):
1. The app sends a structured summary of relevant profile, onboarding, session, analytics, and cognitive data to our backend.
2. Our backend sends that summary to a third-party AI inference provider to produce plan and insights text.
3. The response is returned to the app and may be cached on your device.
We may change AI providers over time as needed to operate the service. Provider details are available on request at the contact email below.
Do not enter medical diagnoses, full legal names of third parties, or sensitive information in free-text session notes that you would not want processed for plan generation.
5. Legal bases / purpose (where applicable)
We process data to provide the core app features you request (contract/performance of service), to operate and secure the service (legitimate interests), and to meet legal obligations where required.
6. Sharing
We share data only as needed to operate the service:
- Infrastructure providers — host our API and static privacy pages.
- AI inference providers — process plan/insights prompts on our behalf.
- Apple — App Store / TestFlight / In-App Purchase infrastructure.
- Authorities when legally required.
We do not sell personal information.
7. Retention
- On-device logs, profile, scores, and cached plans remain until you delete the app or clear app data.
- Server-side request logs (if any) are kept only as long as needed for security, debugging, and rate limiting, then deleted or aggregated.
- We do not maintain a long-term cloud copy of your full training history in the current version.
8. Security
We use HTTPS for network requests and keep API keys on the server (not inside the app binary). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9. Children’s privacy
NeuroFight is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). Do not use the app if you are under that age.
10. International transfers
Our providers may process data in regions outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by those providers.
11. Your choices
- Edit or clear profile fields in the app.
- Avoid putting sensitive content in notes.
- Delete the app to remove local data.
- Contact us to ask questions about this policy.
12. App Store privacy labels
Apple App Privacy details in App Store Connect should match this policy (for example: Health & Fitness data used for App Functionality; product interaction / usage data as applicable). Update labels when features change.
13. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Material changes may also be noted in the app or App Store listing.
